In this role, you'll:
Support the Collaboration and Delivery team within Strategy Insight and Customer Experience Branch by providing project management coordination and interface support for delivery management of capital works program for Wayfinding bus stop infrastructure.
Facilitate coordination forums between Design team and Capital Works Delivery team and provide a central point of coordination and communication for matters related to delivery of approved scope.
Manage, track and provide weekly reporting on scope deliverables, ensuring scope and program are delivered within budget and program.
Work within the established project delivery framework, ensuring processes, reporting, governance requirements are followed and fulfilled for project delivery and coordination.
Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact scope, program or budget, and report and escalate to resolve or manage identified risks and issues.
Fixed Term Full Time opportunity to Sept 2025 | Flexible work mixing WFH with in-office attendance every Monday. Home office Elizabeth Street, Sydney.

About you
You’re a self-motivated individual with loads of initiative and drive. You thrive in a collaborative and flexible work environment where you’re contributions are recognised. You possess experience in:
- Project coordination / management and/or Interface coordination / management.
- Ability to build productive and collaborative relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure effective communication, information sharing and project delivery.
- Facilitating and leading meetings involving diverse and complex stakeholders with different perspectives, ensuring effective communication and collaborative resolution of intricate issues.
- MS Project or similar project management tools or MS Excel for planning, tracking and delivering project objectives.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to handle a variety of issues and competing demands.
