In this role, you’ll:

Develop and implement integrated campaign strategies for passengers, customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment with Transport for NSW strategic goals.

Lead the conceptualisation of innovative campaigns design to increase service uptake, improve customer satisfaction, and support employee engagement.

Partner with Executive leaders and key stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet diverse organisational objectives and comply with relevant legislation

Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPI’s to ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact and drive continuous improvement.

Lead, mentor and empower a team of campaign specialists, with a focus on driving professional development and delivering impactful campaigns.

About you
You are an inspirational leader with experience in the marketing or communications space. You have a strong track record of delivering high-impact, data-driven campaigns. Your strategic thinking and analytical expertise enable you to design innovative, results-oriented solutions that align with organisational goals.
A strong and passionate people leader with track record of leading through change, you excel at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and managing multi-disciplinary teams to achieve success. You’re dedicated to developing cohesive, high performing teams that consistently put the customer at the centre of everything they do.
You bring extensive experience managing large-scale marketing or campaign initiatives, ideally within transport, government or related sectors. Your advanced analytical skills allow you to leverage data insights to shape strategies and measure outcomes effectively. You hold tertiary qualifications in a marketing, communications discipline along with extensive industry experience in successful campaign management.
