Intake and Triage Officer (Up to 5 Months Temporary Opportunity)

In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of the People Operations Branch, where you will be supporting the intake, triage and workflow of a range of incoming notifications regarding employee or worker conduct.
You will receive, triage and risk profile all reports received through a variety of channels, including Transport’s Speak Up hotline. You will also ensure all records are entered and accurately maintained in Transport’s case management system and monitor and follow up actions as required.
You will support the Intake and Triage Manager with any complex cases in addition to you BAU work, along with the referral of out-of-scope matters to the relevant business unit.

About you
You are an organised and people focused professional who has experience operating in a highly sensitive and confidential work environment within a legal, regulatory and/or investigations position.
You have exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate well. You will also have strong planning and analytical skills and be able to tirage effectively.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to inform and influence decision making. You will also have a personable and empathic approach when communicating with reporters and be able to take, enter and maintain comprehensive notes into a case management system.
