In this role, you'll:
You'll provide expert advice and support on developing and implementing an Enterprise-Level Compliance Framework.

You’ll help leaders manage Compliance Obligations and associated risks by leading organisation-wide compliance initiatives, analysing data and curating insights to drive opportunities to strengthen compliance, offering expert advice and training.

You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance processes respond to legal, regulatory, and policy requirements, driving best practices and reducing ambiguity across the organisation by building effective stakeholder relationships.

This is a 5-month temporary position available in a hybrid working model which are aligned with our Flexible Working Arrangements procedures which offers hybrid arrangements subject to approvals including having a mix of in-person days in our Elizabeth Street office as well as remote working.

About you
You are experienced in Compliance Management, with strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, and expertise in planning, project management, and analysis.

You’ll be proficient in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) IT systems and have intermediate-level experience within Microsoft tools.

You should be adept at working autonomously, taking initiative, being hands-on, navigating complex environments, building collaborative relationships, and staying updated with best practices in Compliance Management.
