In this role, you'll:
Working as part of NSW Trains’ Network Resilience and Operational Readiness team this service assurance-focused role will see you monitor the performance and undertake the delivery of contracted services, and report issues arising from audits, customer insights and KPIs.
The role provides product, process and service assurance to NSW Trains operational support areas. There is a strong focus on undertaking audits and reporting on levels of service or process and recommending corrective action.
This is a permanent role.
*Please note this role will require working 2 shifts (0600hrs to 1430hrs and 0930hrs to 1800hrs, including occassional weekend trackwork as required.

About you
We are looking for a pro-active and hands on Provisioning Officer who is customer focused, has the ability to work collaboratively and to build relationships with multiple stakeholders from within and outside of the organisation.
You will have extensive experience with Microsoft Word and Excel to complete data reviews that support operational decisions and efficiency, whilst conducting audits and reports with high attention to detail that reflect your findings. To do this successfully, you are able to work autonomously in a high paced operational environment.
You will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with onboard train crew and various stakeholders internally and externally to the organisation.
Knowledge in logistics and catering operations is highly desirable.
