We have a fixed term opportunity until January 2026 for an experienced Project Controls Coordinator , you will provide and manage project controls and reporting systems. This may include financial, scheduling, risk and quality assurance systems, design management and document management systems required for the efficient and effective monitoring and management of projects and programs

About you
- Provide support to the Senior Project Control Managers across the project control disciplines including cost, program, risk & issues as well as change.
- Provide support to the Senior Reporting and Alignment Manager to coordinate and produce integrated, accurate, and timely whole-of-project/program reports.
- Performing data validations and corresponding commentaries and ensure consistency within different reports being produced for different stakeholders.
- Act on behalf of the project controls team to coordinate and provide input into developing and designing progress reports, dashboards and relevant KPIs at project, program, and portfolio levels. You will utilise your collaboration skills and knowledge of project management practices from your experience of working within projects in the Infrastructure, Construction, Transport, Defence or Oil and Gas Sectors, to ensure effective, timely monitoring and reporting in a matrix environment.
You must have a high level of Excel skills to coordinate, monitor and report on the projects. Data and management of data using Excel is an important part of this role along with the people skills. Experience with project management, project controls and/or document management and reporting systems such as SharePoint, ProjectWise, Teambinder, Unifier, Prism, ARM, Primavera, Power BI, or similar is welcomed, but not essential.
