In this role, you'll:

Join the iconic Sydney Metro Project within the Property Team where you will analyse land and property transaction options from inception, design, approvals through to completion of any property transaction.

You will provide a range of services including all property transaction and acquisition related activities including preparation of property data files, land ownership reconciliation, preparation of cost estimates, property acquisition & transaction reporting and any other property transaction related matters.

You will also undertake property research including zoning of property sites, benchmarking commercial, residential and retail property and constructing property feasibility models; and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and collate data on project impacts and future site requirements and prepare recommendations on the terms of proceeding with the proposal.

This is a fixed term opportunity until 30/6/2027 with the potential to extend. The remuneration is within the Award Grade 8 Band ($118k to $133k + Super).

You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with the office at 680 George Street Sydney being the primary location.

About you


Demonstrated relevant working experience in a similar analyst role within a property transaction and/or acquisition environment.

Demonstrated working knowledge of property valuation and industry best practice.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant property discipline or equivalent experience.
