You have strong analytical and communication skills and expertise in evidence gathering, problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution, and can provide high-quality support and advice by interpreting conduct management policies and functions.


In this role, you'll:

Contribute to the assessment and organisational response to corruption, fraud, maladministration, and serious substantial waste allegations/complaints consistent with related processes. You will adhere to TFNSW governance and legislative requirements with a particular focus on ICAC, NSW Attorney General and NSW Ombudsman.

About you

You will be a people centric leader, analytical in your approach with a strong investigations background including risk management. With demonstrated experience conducting high quality assessments and/or investigations within strict timeframes you will be confident in you understanding of the bigger organisational picture and the outcomes you are trying to achieve. Proven ability to interpret legislation and apply the corruption reporting requirements in NSW Government organisation, coupled with sound knowledge of organisational governance in the public sector will set you up for success.

 

It is essential you have exceptional time management and are skilled when it comes to prioritising issues in a highly reactive and demanding environment with competing expectations. Above all, you will be personable and discrete in your approach, you will bring a human face to investigations and will be comfortable in your ability to achieve positive outcomes.
