The role
Join Sydney Metro West (MW) on a 6-month opportunity as a Senior Manager, Project Controls and play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing project control systems for the station packages.
Working within a matrix structure alongside PMO functional teams, you will establish, maintain and continuously improve integrated project controls and reporting systems across scope, financials, scheduling, risk, governance, document management, and reporting. Your contributions will enable the reporting of timely and robust project information to facilitate the assessment of project performance, challenges and opportunities.
Role is based in George St Sydney. It is a hybrid role with office and at home mix according to TfNSW policy.

About you
•Extensive expertise in project controls of large-scale infrastructure projects with complex interdependencies and constraints.
•A proven ability to develop and effectively implement project control plans, processes, and procedures aligned with organization-wide standards.
•Experience establishing continuous improvement processes to embed best practices and innovation in project controls.
•Expertise in managing and facilitating project assurance and health check plans.
• A proven ability in managing stakeholder relationships effectively within complex matrix reporting environments.
•Tertiary qualifications in engineering or project management, or equivalent professional experience in infrastructure project execution.
