In this role, you'll:


Play an important role in the provision of real-time support and quality service to internal stakeholders and NSW TrainLink customers.

Be part of a team at the Regional Customer Support Centre and reporting to the Lead Operator, your day to day will vary in a range of ways that assist in smooth operations. You could respond to a customer telephonic query, monitor platforms for cleanliness and safety, respond to ticketing query, help a customer with a lost bag, live incident response, assisting with scheduled testing, and more.


Working in-person from the Customer Service Centre Wollongong, this permanent, full time position offers job security, training, and growth opportunities. Its a great opportunity where no 2 days are the same and you really get an opportunity to make a difference. Please note that this is a permanent holiday relif role where you would be required to work in rotational shifts.

About you


You bring demonstrated customer service experience and proven ability to deliver positive customer outcomes in an operational or service delivery environment. You are someone who can work autonomously and are a natural problem solver. You are known for your resilience and attention to detail. 

You have a flexible and adaptive nature, great interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, good situational awareness, and would like a role that allows you to provide a positive impact on the community.


This role is a 24/7 role requiring a mix of morning, afternoon and nigh shifts. To be successful this you must be prepared to work in a shiftwork environment.
