In this role, you'll:
Work as part of Network Maintenance team managing the delivery of change management activities of our Dedicated Incident Response team project. This exciting newly created role will be responsible for leading key change activities such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, process and procedure development, consultation and implementation, communication and reporting whilst also managing stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, and supporting organisational alignment.
This is a temporary full time opportunity until June 2026 based at our Rail Operation Centre, Alexandria.

About you
You’re an experienced Change Manager ideally from within the transport industry with an extensive understanding of the operational and stakeholder engagement requirements. You will be able to lead the change management and activities for our Dedicated Incident Response team project including change impact assessments on the project and monitoring and assessment.
This is an Award RC7 Temporary Fixed Term Full-Time role for up to 12 months, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!
