In this role, you'll:
Work as part of an experienced team assisting in the repair of plant and equipment to allow trains to remain in or return to service.

This also includes regular scheduled maintenance that involves servicing large, complicated machinery according to a TMP, diagnosing and repairing various equipment around the site, working at heights, working in confined spaces and maintenance facility cleanliness.

You’ll maintain mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems through effective maintenance procedures for reliability and compliance in a continuous maintenance environment and downtime is minimised or eliminated.

You’ll work individually and as part of a friendly and supportive team whilst keeping safety and quality as a priority.

This is a permanent on-site position based in our Auburn location.

About you
You’ll have demonstrated ability to conduct inspections, services, maintenance, component changes and repairs to electrical systems and equipment.

You’ll have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

You’ll have proven ability to work with minimum supervision and meet scheduled deadlines.

Your can-do attitude and willingness to learn will see you succeed in this role.

You're recognised as a team player but also have the ability to work autonomously.

You’ll have a current 'C' class licence, EWP Licence and Working at Heights Certificate, confined spaces and forklift license.
