In this role, you'll:

Working as part of Sydney Train's Asset Management team this role will see you proactively manage and effectively utilise a large team of people engaged in survey work to ensure project outcome meets scope and is delivered on time and to budget.

 

You will scope and cost project survey components, using SAP, to determine a realistic assessment of project viability and resource requirements and negotiate solutions with external clients so that projects meet agreed client contractual specifications.

 

This is a Permanent role based at the Clyde Hub Office, with the option for hybrid working subject to approval.

About you

You are an experienced Surveyor with a collaborative work style and strategic approach with the ability to deliver outcomes that help build relationships with clients whilst complying with Sydney Trains standards and legislative requirements.

 

You have expert knowledge of and experience in the technical aspects of survey work, and experience in managing the survey function or a large team of people engaged in survey work.

 

You will have exceptional time management skills and attention to detail, and need to be adept at managing the complexities of internal and external stakeholders.

 

You will have demonstrated experience in using specialist survey computer programs such as AUTOCAD. Experience using SAP will also be highly regarded.
