In this role, you'll:


Manage the full spectrum of resource allocation, from planning and real-time operations to certification, analysis, and reporting. You’ll collaborate on proactive rostering strategies for events, training, and leave management, ensuring skilled and cost-effective coverage. Your ability to maintain dynamic, forward-looking schedules will be key to boosting readiness and performance across the division.


You’ll harness advanced reporting tools to forecast needs and align with strategic goals, while partnering with leaders and stakeholders to meet evolving operational demands across depots and the broader network. Your expertise will help balance compliance, cost, and performance KPIs, optimizing workforce planning and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

 

This is a permanent full time opportunity based in Clyde, NSW.

About you


To thrive in this role, you’ll bring extensive experience in resource allocation or operational environments, with a deep understanding of rostering policies and best practices.

 

You’re a confident communicator, able to collaborate across all levels of the organization, and you’re highly proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce. Familiarity with workforce management tools such as Microster or Kronos will be a strong advantage.

 

You’re calm under pressure, proactive in your approach, and flexible enough to adapt to shift work and dynamic operational demands.
