In this role, you'll:
Join our Workforce Management Team, responsible for streamlining and managing the integration of workforce requirements into operational rosters, with a focus on staff learning and training needs. You’ll help us to centralise rostering and scheduling of mandatory learning and competency development requirements across a large, complex operational environment supporting up to 1,500 staff across 50+ locations.

Lead a team of Resource Allocation Officers to deliver accurate, timely rostering services primarily within Fleet Maintenance as well as other operational areas.
Coordinate the integration of learning items including mandatory competencies and training into workforce rosters, working closely with stakeholders across the business including Learning & Development teams and site managers.

Use data from the Learning Management System (LMS) and rostering tools to support effective forward planning, reporting, and scheduling that balances the training needs with operational requirements.

About you
Demonstrated experience in rostering, workforce planning, or resource allocation with a solid understanding of rostering policies and principles in high-volume operational settings.

Confident working with workforce and learning systems, such as LMS platforms, Microster, Salesforce, and have strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach a small team, prioritise competing workloads, and build effective stakeholder relationships.
 
This is a permanent full-time opportunity (RC5) located at our Clyde Hub (hybrid working arrangements).
