In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team overseeing the maintenance, renewal and construction of Track infrastructure in the rail corridor. The Track & Civil portfolio has an annual value of $400m. This role will see you deliver high quality planning, engineering, project management and site construction management for a varied set of track projects.
You will be providing technical advice and can share your knowledge to build the technical capability of the Project Engineering & Support team. You will work closely with program managers and project managers. You will provide valuable experience and guidance to a wide group of project engineers.

About you
You will have Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent related industry experience or equivalent along with experience in civil specific project delivery within a rail environment. You will be able to demonstrate experience working specifically within track construction projects and evidence an extensive technical knowledge in civil construction projects. A strong track record of being able to leverage your technical knowledge to mentor and lead more junior member of the team is essential.
This role is a permanent RC6 opportunity with a hybrid work situation. You will be expected to be on site for the position where necessary for business needs.
