In this role, you'll:

Joining the Sydney Trains' Asset Management team will see you lead the Civil Asset Strategy business unit for all Sydney Trains civil assets. This includes civil asset configuration, operational and system functionality to meet stakeholder requirements of asset safety, value for money, asset availability, reliability and performance of the Asset Lifecycle.

 

You will also be responsible for developing and delivering the 10 year Civil Asset Management Plans and the civil elements in the Sydney Trains funding submission to TfNSW.

 

You will have key input in to the strategic direction of the business, driving the performance of Sydney Trains civil infrastructure.

 

This is a permanent role.

About you

You are a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer with strong influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage diverse stakeholder requirements in an environment of complex safety and environmental standards. 

 

You  have experience in engineering asset maintenance in relation to civil assets with an ability to provide a strategic and policy framework for civil assets and prepare high-level reports on asset performance , asset condition and asset risk mitigations.
