In this role, you'll:

Work closely with key stakeholders on leading edge technology that provides real time information to frontline staff at Sydney Trains. These systems help to streamline processes and assist front-line staff with managing operations and supporting our customers throughout their journey.

 

This role will see you work in a fast paced and agile environment with internal stakeholders & external vendors through the project lifecycle to develop and enhance digital tools based on customer needs.

 

Working in the Digital Products team, this is a permanent full time role and offers hybrid working, with the flexibility to work from home whilst attending the office one or two days a week located at Burwood NSW. Flexibility to travel across the Sydney Trains & Intercity network is required depending on business requirements.

About you

As a Business Analyst you will have proven experience performing analysis of business problems in order to define business and technical requirements, and support in the design and testing of fit for purpose solutions. You will also have the ability to provide process & change management support.

 

Your key areas of expertise will include; engaging, collaborating and developing sound relationships with business users and subject matter experts, managing workshops with front-line staff to gather & analyse requirements, develop and/or update documentation to support decision making and benefit realisation, map current & future state processes, manage requirements traceability across all phases of a project, assist stakeholders and business users to develop test cases and scenarios for User Acceptance & Pilot Testing and present solutions to senior stakeholders within the organisation.

 

Ideally, you will have a technical background delivering digital solutions or iOS client applications for internal stakeholders. You will also have a strong focus of delivering positive outcomes in a customer environment.
