In this role, you'll:
Take ownership of the overall management of the infrastructure environments used by ICT Portfolios and Projects to develop new applications or undertake changes and upgrades to ICT supported and maintained applications. Support major programs by establishing, maintaining and optimising environments ensuring the effective troubleshooting of issues as they arise.

Provide subject matter expertise (SME) and guidance to users for Environment Management across ICT.

Develop and maintain productive working relationships across the enterprise to coordinate and manage configuration changes, multiple change requests, various dependencies and interrelationships, and scalable impacts and risks.

Provide reports, including management reports (indicating suggested actions to deal with current or foreseen shortcomings), impact analysis reports and overall Environment status reports.

Fixed term, full time opportunity until to April 2027 | Hybrid work, Burwood home office  with attendance required every Thursday.

About you
You’re an experienced ICT Project Environment Manager with experience working at a senior or executive level in a complex organisation delivering specialist and authoritative advice to executive leadership.

You have strong analytical ability, integration and problem-solving skills and are well versed supporting programs/projects in complex, matrix business environments involving large stakeholder groups.

You have expertise in engaging with business and technical stakeholders across all levels and in balancing the competing needs and expectations of stakeholders within fast-paced and agile environments.
