In this role, you'll:
Lead the analysis of business objectives, services, processes, and information to identify opportunities for improvement. You'll develop business cases for potential projects, aligning with organisational strategy and outlining measurable benefits.
Provide high-level analysis and strategic guidance to support IT project decision-making, planning, resource allocation, and delivery across complex initiatives.
Implement modern frameworks and methodologies to advance IT processes, strengthening business analysis, process management, and solution delivery.
Ensure seamless communication between business and delivery teams, driving alignment and managing expectations.
Apply business consulting skills to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and support decision-making processes.

About you
•Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working on large, complex programs.
•Expertise in writing business cases, facilitating workshops for requirement gathering, defining clear requirements, utilising Tractility matrices, and translating analysis into precise technical specifications.
•Skilled in end-user testing and providing Go-live support.
•Experience working with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and other business analysis tools
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various organisational levels.
•Proficient in managing project documentation and enhancing team collaboration.
•Extensive knowledge and experience in applying contemporary business analysis best practices, including BABOK, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (e.g., UML), and business architecture frameworks (BPM, CBM, capability mapping)
