In this role, you'll:
You will be responsible for undertaking a range of analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of enterprise-wide people and culture programs.

You will be heavily focused on data, analytics, reporting and interpreting data to provide useful workforce insights.

You will also be supporting the People & Culture Business Partnering Team in triaging people requests such as general policy/procedure enquiries.

This permanent position is based in our Burwood office one day a fortnight (Tuesdays) in a hybrid working model and also on site at our Engineering Maintenance centres as required.

About you
You will be an ambitious and proactive individual with a demonstrated background in People and Culture/Business Support/Administration and Stakeholder Management.

You will be comfortable working on analytics, reporting and organising packs with insight.

You will be self-driven, resilient and a problem solver, with strong research and data analytical skills coupled with the capacity to present information and data in a logical and coherent manner.

You will have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/ Excel & PowerPoint) is essential.
