In this role, you'll:
Join the Capital Projects team within Customer Experience at Sydney Trains and lead the delivery of a diverse range of infrastructure projects, specifically focused on managing a portfolio of heritage building works across the network.
Play a key role in delivering building remediation and maintenance projects involving Heritage assets and Station buildings, ranging from 200-year-old structures in the city to outbuildings in regional NSW.
Work across the full project lifecycle including planning, delivery, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring heritage requirements, network safety, and customer needs are met.

About you
Experienced Project Manager with strong building knowledge and hands-on experience delivering infrastructure works across the rail network.
You bring knowledge of the rail network, systems, procedures and an excellent understanding of heritage assets and the building process.
Previous experience with station and building projects and stakeholder coordination will be key to your success in this role. You're confident working across multiple stakeholder groups both internal and external to deliver outcomes and you bring an adaptable, solution-focused mindset.
This role is a temporary full-time position to 30/06/2026 (RC6) located at Burwood. You will be required to travel across the network to different sites and occasionally work nights or weekends, depending on the business needs. You'll get to work on diverse and meaningful projects that protect and modernise the rail network, from heritage preservation to modern upgrades.
