In this role, you'll:
Be responsible for delivering best practice and case management by employing evidence-based strategies to drive successful Recovery at Work outcomes.
Provide sound Recovery at Work advice and Case Management involving early intervention, workplace assessment, occupational rehabilitation, and recovery at work programs for complex or significant cases.
You will maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to implement strategies and work collaboratively to achieve positive health outcomes to minimize costs and premiums.
About you
You hold Recovery at Work Coordinator Accreditation in accordance with SIRA requirements along with sound knowledge and experience of NSW Workers Compensation legislation.
You will be an accredited Allied Health Professional (desired) with a background in Occupational Rehabilitation or Psychology. You thrive in a collaborative, complex and constantly changing environments, displaying resilience and accountability. You must be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement as you’re required to partner with both internal and external partners to achieve best outcomes.
