In this role, you'll:

Work in the Asset Management Unit within Engineering & Maintenance at Sydney Trains with a focus on our SAP Enterprise Asset Management system upgrades and implementations.

This role will see you providing training, subject matter expertise (SME), coaching on how to best utilise the system as well as bespoke support for changes that are adopted in the system.

You will provide SAP training and functional expertise for our Logistics, Plan to Deliver and Asset Management modules. This will include creating training simulations using SAP Enable Now (SEN) and leading and arranging workshops, reviews, development of documentation, specialist resource availability and training on Asset Management Common Operating Model (COM) processes.

This will include the resolution of aligned process as well as functional and data requirements that support the implementation of business adoption improvement initiatives.

About you


Your Tertiary qualifications will be in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or equivalent experience.

You’re recognised as being a specialist in SAP Enterprise Management System implementations, where you excel in that functional space as an SME, providing support to the functional and technical teams for the business.


You have skills and experience to deliver bespoke training, develop training materials as well as support, mentor and provide coaching to the business.
 
This is an Award RC7 Permanent Full-Time role based at the Burwood and Sydney CBD, with flexibility through our Hybrid ways of working.
