In this role, you'll:
Provide expert analysis, advice, and support to translate complex business requirements into effective data models, business intelligence solutions, and technical specifications. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful design and implementation of data-driven solutions.
Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications, including data models and end-user application functionality.
Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of both functional and non-functional requirements.
Identify data gaps and recommend improvements such as new definitions, metrics, dimensions, or metadata to enhance solution delivery.
Work across multiple work streams while maintaining clear and responsive communication with stakeholders.
Translate complex business needs into technical data and dashboard specifications that are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
This role is a Fixed-term, full-time role contract until 31/08/2026, Hybrid work model – team works from Burwood office.

About you
•Proven experience delivering hybrid projects under business-led programs.
•Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
•Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at both strategic and operational levels, with a commercial and customer-focused mindset.
•Expertise in delivering end-to-end projects/programs from inception through to service transition.
•Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple engagements concurrently.
•Experience in technical IT/Data projects, including integration, implementation, or upgrades is desirable.
•Certifications such as CBAP, PMP-BA, or equivalent are highly regarded
