In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team responsible for developing integrated marketing plans and communication that support operational developments, disruptions and launch of new projects. You will ensure audience identification, messaging, channel plans, brand alignment and evaluation metrics are clearly defined.
You will proactively build rapport and provide high level stakeholder engagement, to source relevant information efficiently. This is a hands on, fast pace and high volume position with strong operational duties.
This iYou will join the high performing Workers Compensation team as a Senior Claims Advisor. Using your expertise in workers compensation legislation, you’ll manage complex Legal and Psychological claims end to end while providing compassionate service to all customers. You will regularly liaise with treatment providers, doctors and injured workers.
As a Senior Claims Advisor, you will provide coaching and mentorship to Claims Advisors where required and actively contribute to process improvement opportunities where you see fit.
This is temporary opportunity up to 6 months at this stage. You will be based from our Burwood Office location however there are hybrid working arrangements in place with a mixture of office and home days.

About you
• You’re a Workers Compensation professional ideally with at least 3 years’ experience in workers compensation claims management.
• You have experience managing Legal and Psychological claims end to end.
• You have an understanding of NSW Legislation and excellent communication and customer service skills.
• You have a demonstrated ability to provide best practice advice on claims and injury management to stakeholders at all levels.
• Allied health background – not essential but highly desired
