In this role, you'll:
Bring your experience in People and Culture Business Partnering to our Trains Function.

You will drive and lead people initiatives and ensure the management of Human Resources is effectively linked to deliver business plans and organisational objectives.

You will work constructively with the business to develop a highly engaged and productive workforce through successful workforce planning, leadership and capability development and sound and appropriate workforce behaviour and management standards.

This is a temporary opportunity up to 7 months based on site across the rail network.

About you
You are a seasoned and collaborative leader of people with extensive knowledge of contemporary Human Resources in fast paced and operational blue- and white-collar environments. You will be savvy when it comes to working in a highly unionised/industrialised workforce and comfortable dealing with complex industrial disputes and case management.

You will be engaging and energetic, you understand the value of an excellent employee experience and you’re committed to making Transport a great place to work.

You know how to build strong relationships, collaborate and communicate effectively with senior executives to drive tangible outcomes.
