In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a high performing agile team delivering both mobile and web application development and support for internal clients.


Contribute to an Agile methodology that aligns with the branch delivery model and complements traditional project delivery approaches.

 
Provide coaching and mentoring to Scrum teams, external stakeholders, and the broader Transport organisation to help teams deliver incremental and frequent value. Actively participate in Communities of Practice.

About you
•Certified Scrum Master, ideally with a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification, with proven experience applying Scrum across multiple teams and understanding of scaled frameworks for large projects.


•Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills


•Solid understanding of software development processes and best practices.


•Practical knowledge of Agile and Lean-Agile principles and methodologies.
