In this role, you'll:
Joining a high performing payroll team, you will support a team of payroll officers ensuring accurate and timely processing. Using your previous payroll experience, you’ll manage the more complex queries and provide expert guidance and resolution in accordance with relevant legislation and policies.
Partnering closely with the Team Leader, you will assist with managing team workloads, outputs and opportunities for upskilling / cross skilling across the team.
You will provide exceptional customer service with payroll-related interactions meeting high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.

About you
• Proven experience in payroll with strong skills in investigation
• A commitment to best practices, ensuring high standards of accuracy and consistency
• Ability to address and resolve complex payroll issues
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work alongside of Team Leader and support team members
• Experience in knowledge sharing, UAT and creating or updating reference material
This is a permanent full-time position. You will be based from either our Burwood, Newcastle, Grafton, and Glen Innes office locations.
