In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering state-wide, best-in-class facility management services, this role will see you drive the efficient delivery of property maintenance, safety, and asset management strategies across a complex and geographically dispersed portfolio.

You will lead and mentor a high-performing facilities management team, building strong relationships with outsourced service providers to ensure seamless delivery of all contracted services. Your expertise in facilities performance, emergency systems, and asset management will allow you to develop and implement strategic operational plans that enhance service quality, efficiency, and compliance.

About you:

Your extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial property portfolios, combined with your ability to navigate statutory legislation, financial management, and performance improvement, will see you successfully oversee maintenance programs, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
