In this role, you'll:


You will manage end to end recruitment process in partnership with Hiring Managers from Transport enterprise to find the top talent in a dynamic, agile, and fast-moving work environment. In this role, you will be involved in Surge Recruitment activity to support the large-scale reform recruitment program. Therefore, your ability to manage multiple activities at any one stage balanced with attention to detail and high level of customer service will be critical.

You will be expected to provide a highly engaging experience by building deep relationships with business leaders and ensuring you understand their unique role requirements and organisational culture. You will act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, using best sourcing solutions to identify and engage with a diverse range of suitable candidates, and developing and managing advertising approach to ensure compliance and quality in the recruitment process.

About you


You’ll have previous experience recruiting within the engineering, construction sectors and have worked within large, complex matrix environments to support business outcomes through the identification of talent.

Your flair for managing through complexity and linking talent, learning and business outcomes, will see you shine in this role.

We will also be recruiting for Fixed-term Talent Scout position(s) during this process. As the Talent Scout, you will be required to manage the end-to-end large scale recruitment processes for our frontline, operational and entry level positions across the enterprise, including Sydney Trains agency.
