In this role, you'll:
Manager, direct and control the allocation and deployment of track resurfacing resources to deliver track construction and production works for Sydney Trains and NSW Trains. Overseeing 40 staff, you will also be responsible for leading and upskilling the staff that operate the fleet.

About you
You will be a seasoned leader with s strong understanding of the resurfacing fleet. Confident in managing and upskilling team members from a diverse background, you will have exceptional communication skills and be experienced when it comes to having challenging conversations to achieve outcomes. Familiar with WHS and compliance procedures, you will thrive in driving a safety culture.  Although not essential, it would be ideal if you were proficient in excel for reporting purposes.
