In this role, you'll:
Join our Major Works division as a Reliability Engineer, playing a key role in conducting analysis and providing advice and recommendations on the reliability, risk profile and longevity of equipment to minimise risk and maximise reliability and performance.

This role will require you to work weekends and night shifts and be part of an on-call roster to ensure we can respond to and provide field-based solutions in the event of an emergency or maintenance breakdown.

About you
You are an experienced Reliability Engineer with relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally having worked in a multi-disciplined engineering team with responsibility for the delivery of safe and reliable assets.

You have sound data analysis and reporting skills with an understanding of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.

You are proactive in data analysis to identify failure trends working collaboratively with other Engineering & Maintenance teams across the branch.

You are a strategic thinker with sound judgement and negotiation skills, capable of solving complex problems and evaluating alternative courses of action to develop financially sustainable solutions.
