In this role, you'll:
Joining a high performing team, (Procurement Team) within our Transport Shared Services Service Centre based in Dubbo. You will service a variety of Internal and external staff via telephone, live chat and email. You’ll manage yourself to work through high volumes of enquiries, adhere to set processes and share best practice across the team.
 
You will act as the first point of contact across multiple customer service channels adhering to processes, providing prompt and proactive customer service, processing transactions, and escalating where necessary in a timely manner.

There are two temporary positions available with different end dates. Please confirm if you’d like to be considered for one or both.

Position 1 - End date: 19/12/2025

Position 2 - End date: 30/09/2025

We will also be creating a talent pool, where you can be considered for other vacancies within the next 18 months.

About you
You have worked for an established organisation providing customer service either face to face or over the phone. You’re process driven and able to ask the right questions to find a solution efficiently. You must be comfortable working against high volumes, flexible to work against a roster and technology savvy enough to learn multiple systems simultaneously.
