Team Leader (Up to 12 Months Temporary Opportunity)

In this role, you'll:
Guide and support a small team in delivering maintenance and/or new construction projects. You will be responsible for building a positive culture amongst the team through developing capability, champioing inclusivity and achieving work goals together.
• Maintenance of established pavements
• Construction of new or enhanced pavements
• Installation and maintenance of roadside fixtures and signage
• Maintenance of drains and drainage structures
• Application of road marking materials
• Application of bituminous sealing materials
This is a Fixed-Term Full-Time Opportunity (up to 11 months) – Based in Walgett,NSW with potential to be based out of Dubbo or Narrabri, servicing the Dubbo District and Walgett Shire (within a nominal 200km radius).
Workdays: 9 day fortnight
Additional Work: Overtime, weekend work and travel may be required

About you
You’re a natural leader, with balanced skills in leading a team and managing a scope of works to a high standard. You are familiar working in a complex construction environment, in particular road construction and maintenance whilst maintaining a high standard of process and compliance.
You are familiar working with quality systems and specifications and value safety.
