In this role, you'll:
As a Works Supervisor, you will lead the delivery of construction projects by managing team and individual performance, ensuring every task meets time, cost, quality, and safety benchmarks. You will have a hands-on approach in coordinating resources, maintaining compliance records, and supporting the planning, reporting, and risk management activities that keep projects on track.
Your days will involve developing your team through guidance and training, maintaining WHS and environmental compliance, and driving continuous improvement across all facets of project delivery. You will also support managers and engineers with project responsibilities.
This is a Fixed-Term Full-Time Opportunity (up to 11 months) – Based in Walgett,NSW with potential to be based out of Dubbo or Narrabri, servicing the Dubbo District and Walgett Shire (within a nominal 200km radius)
Workdays: 9 day fornight
Additional Work: Overtime, weekend work and travel may be required
