In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of the Fleet Maintenance team who contributes to the delivery of safe clean and reliable trains to the customers of NSW. Working from the Maintenance Centre 5 days per week, you will be planning and coordinating logistics activities that support planned and unplanned maintenance and reviewing and communicating planned timetable changes affecting the fleet or depot working plans.
This role will see you liaising across multiple stakeholders such as various trades and maintenance teams, engineers, planning, administration teams and contractors to set priorities for maintenance.
This role will be based at the Everleigh Maintenance Centre.
This is a permanent role.

About you
You will have proven management experience in production planning and scheduling, experienced in medium to heavy engineering in a dynamic operational environment.
Your experience will include maintenance of an asset according to technical maintenance plan requirements.
You will have well-developed analytical skills and are confident in navigating databases and maintenance systems and have an advanced level of excel.
Your highly developed interpersonal skills formed across your planning experience working in heavy engineering operational environments will see you excel in creating a cohesive work environment. You will enjoy working in cohesive, high performing teams and encourage an innovative ‘make it happen’ culture. You're recognised as being someone who has drive and flexibility and is open to growth.
