In this role, you'll:


be working as part of the Network Maintenance - Regional Corridor Services team, where you’ll oversee the delivery and auditing of maintenance services contracts, as well as managing ad-hoc non-contract works.

 

You’ll ensure the effective execution of corridor maintenance programs that support the safety and operational integrity of rail and high-voltage feeder corridors.

 

A key part of this role involves scoping works and clearly presenting these scopes to suppliers to ensure quality outcomes to support maintenance programs.

 

You’ll enjoy a diverse and dynamic role that involves conducting site inspections, managing contractors, and auditing their work to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and budgetary standards.

About you

 

You’re an experienced Supervisor or Project Manager with a strong background in coordinating programs of work, particularly in Vegetation maintenance.

 

Ideally, you’ll have experience working within the rail corridor environment, with a focus on vegetation, fencing, graffiti and litter programs whilst also have the ability to respond to reactive requests to meet the various stakeholder needs.

 

You’ll be working closely with a variety of internal teams and external partners, so strong communication skills, both verbal and written will really help you succeed.

 

You’ll also be keeping track of project progress and sharing updates, so if you’ve worked with systems like SAP or tools such as Business Intelligence (or something similar), that experience will definitely come in handy.
