Customer Administration Officer (Temporary Opportunity up to 6 months)

In this role, you'll:
be working as part of the Customer Performance and Improvement team delivering safer system outcomes for customers of NSW.
This role will see you process a specialised range of registration and licence products and services including the release of information and certificates from information held in related systems via DRIVES.
You will liaise with multiple stakeholders including the general public and other government agencies and organisations.
Please note that this role is a temporary full-time role until 19.1.26 office based in Grafton.

About you
Your solid analytical skills will ensure that you provide the correct information to customers by using your ability to explore with the customer what they are seeking ensuring that you provide them with the correct information.
You are able to understand legislation and ensure that you are providing information to those who are permitted to have it.
You are regarded as an organised person who is able to balance a high work volume with a variety of work priorities. You also enjoy working in a collaborative, supporting team environment.
