In this role, you'll:
This role will see you lead, supervise, and project manage survey projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality surveying services that meet business and program objectives. You will drive efficiencies, maintain technical excellence, and manage project outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, audit survey data, and ensure compliance with regulatory and technical standards while mentoring team members and fostering professional growth.
This is a Permanent full-time opportunity, based in Grafton.

About you
Your expertise in surveying and project management, formed across infrastructure and technical environments, will see you deliver high-quality survey projects, uphold data integrity, and drive compliance with industry standards.
You hold a Diploma qualification (or equivalent) in Surveying and have demonstrated experience in managing technical risks and providing expert surveying advice in infrastructure projects.
You're recognised as a leader in surveying practices, skilled at managing survey projects, mentoring teams, and working with modern surveying technologies, and experienced in technical risk management, multi-CADD environments, and regulatory compliance.
You also hold a valid Australian motor vehicle driver’s licence, enabling you to work across diverse project locations.
