In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team focussing on safer people outcomes through managing and focussing on safer people around the administration and management of court-imposed penalties and demerit points providing administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of key business services within the Sanctions Unit team of Licence Operations.
You will be working as part of a large team administering and processing driver licence compliance and enforcement activities relating to demerit points in accordance with established business rules and procedures. The tasks require you to understand and accurately apply policies and procedures and legislation to maintain the integrity and quality of the data recorded in registers and document management systems in a high-volume transactional environment.
Please note this is for a number of Fixed Term roles (of varying durations from 3 to 12 months) based in Grafton.
You are required to attend the office in Grafton 5 days pw.

About you
Your excellent communication skills, strong administrative and clerical skills, good eye for detail and ability to read and interpret legislation formed across government agencies or large organisations will see you excel in the role leading to fast accurate customer outcomes. You're recognised as highly professional with the ability to make decisions, skilled at working in a fast-paced high volume environment, experienced in customer service being always professional and helpful and maintaining confidentiality.
