In this role, you'll:
You’ll be part of the People Services team servicing a variety of Internal and external staff via telephone, live chat and email. You’ll manage yourself to work through high volumes of enquiries relating to HR services, adhere to set processes and share best practice across the team.
You will act as the first point of contact across multiple customer service channels adhering to processes, providing prompt and proactive customer service, processing transactions and escalating where necessary in a timely manner.
This is a fixed term position of up to 9 months with the potential to be extended.

About you
• You must have experience working for an established organisation providing customer service either face to face or over the phone.
• You’re process driven, inquisitive and able to ask the right questions to find a solution autonomously
• You must be comfortable working against high volumes, flexible to work against a roster and technology savvy enough to learn multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
• Experience supporting HR processes will be highly regarded but isn’t essential.
