In this role, you'll:
Responsible for leading the development and implementation of program assurance and management reporting processes. You will ensure best practice assurance skills, behaviours, and capabilities are embedded across the program, while also supporting Branch leadership in shaping the overall Branch Strategy.
You will optimise governance and project methodologies by applying consistent and appropriate levels of assurance and oversight throughout the program lifecycle. A key part of your role will involve leading the development and analysis of regular financial reporting, ensuring a single source of truth for all project financial data, including the production of monthly and ad-hoc reports for PMO purposes.
Manage complex project challenges, issues, and priorities to ensure strategic alignment and effective outcomes.
This is a fixed-term, full-time role until 30/12/ 2025, with the possibility of extension.
Please note the team is currently based at the Macquarie Park office, with plans to relocate to the Parramatta office in the coming months. You may also be required to travel to the Elizabeth Street office as needed.

About you
•Solid experience working within a PMO environment on complex, end-to-end technology projects.
•Strong expertise in risk and issue management, and experience supporting change programs.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data and present insights clearly.
•Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM is desirable.
•Proven project management experience across the full project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet client needs is highly desirable
•Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
•Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and quickly establish credibility with stakeholders.
•Relevant tertiary qualifications in business or technology, PMI Accreditation, or demonstrated equivalent professional experience
