In this role, you'll:

Working as part of the Finance, Technology & Commercial Division within Group Technology, you will take ownership of Network & Hosting services across Technology Services for the entire cluster.

Reporting to the ED of Infrastructure and Service Delivery, this role is accountable for the effective and successful day to day functional delivery of Network and Hosting ICT services and responsible for service assurance, performance, availability, support, maintenance, and operational risk management. The role also develops and implements the service strategy for Networks and Hosting services portfolio and ensures alignment of operational frameworks, standards and processes.

This position is permanent and based at Macquarie Park with hybrid work arrangements, 3 days a week. For more information on this position and business unit,  view the role description and information pack.

About you

We are looking for an individual with experience at a senior leadership level. You will be a courageous agile leader and a relationship focused business partner, with a proven track record in Hosting and Networking. You will be an expert in either discipline but also possess a sound understanding of the other area.

You will be the hands on “Builder” focused on addressing complex ICT service delivery issues and providing alternate solutions. You will also have the ability lead and manage a team of multi-disciplinary specialists within a 24/7 high pressured environment. With a clear leadership vision, you are future focused and innovated in your approach, always looking for new opportunities and understand what matters.
