In this role, you'll: 

Be looking for a full-time opportunity to work as a part of a team who establishes and then supports the implementation of an occupational hygiene framework that effectively manages occupational health risks that are chemical, physical and biological in nature.

 

You will be someone who values preventing and mitigating occupational exposures and who can leverage your occupational hygiene expertise to partner with health and safety and operational teams of Transport to identify, assess and control risks, develop and implement strategic projects, and deliver training and education solutions.

About you 

You are a technically skilled Occupational Hygienist with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders. You're confident working in complex environments, influencing outcomes, and developing practical solutions. 

You have experience conducting health risk assessments, exposure assessments, drafting reports, procedures and technical documents, and developing occupational hygiene programs. You're up to date and familiar with relevant legislation, guidelines, and industry best practices. 

Experience in implementation of Respiratory Protection Programs is required, and Resp-Fit accreditation is desirable. 

You hold relevant qualifications and equivalent industry experience and are eligible for (or currently hold) professional membership with the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH). You value working in a collaborative, inclusive team focused on growth and development.
