In this role:
You will be working as part of the Security Team, part of the Workplaces Branch of Transport for NSW, where you will work to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and staff.
You will lead all security related asset renewal and operational projects across a property portfolio of +700 sites, whilst considering and embedding new and emerging technology.
You will be responsible for development, delivery, and implementation of project documentation to provide accurate reporting on all project related activities.
You will also be responsible for remaining aware of reoccurring and major issues across the property portfolio, to make strategic decisions and recommendations for security project planning.

About you
You are a seasoned project coordinator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing security infrastructure projects. You will have demonstrable problem solving skills and advanced knowledge in identity management systems and associated system integration.
You will have experience in technical scoping, managing project delivery and quality assessment of works against scope.
You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be able to present information and data logically and coherently. You will also have excellent analytical and reporting skills and be able to create meaningful insights for the business.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to coordinate a high volume of requests, across a large and complex property portfolio, without compromising quality.
