You can influence outcomes and meet diverse challenges.

Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.

In this role, you'll:

In this role, you’ll design and embed the frameworks, systems, and connections that strengthen organisational performance, resilience, and risk-informed planning across one of Australia’s largest public sector organisations to inform enterprise wide transformation.

You will be a key leader within Transport’s newly established internal consulting function, driving business architecture, operating model optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will influence strategic decision making, uplift capability maturity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Day to day, you’ll develop and maintain the enterprise frameworks that guide business architecture, process design, and governance. You’ll partner closely with divisions and senior executives—using workshops, scenario planning, and insight-driven analysis to align capabilities, optimise workflows, and ensure operating models are scalable and effective.

You’ll also lead high impact programs of work that embed resilience, strengthen decision-making, streamline processes, and foster a connected, high performing organisation. Managing third party vendors, applying Lean methodologies, and ensuring adherence to enterprise design principles will all be key to your success.

In your first 12 months, you’ll establish a clear, organisation wide business architecture framework that links strategy to operations, deliver early transformation wins, and build the foundations for a consistent, enterprise-aligned approach to business architecture and performance optimisation.
