In this role, you'll:
Be responsible for leading the recommendations and implementation of the strategic workplace accommodation planning and reporting framework and acting as a key stakeholder liaison across strategic initiatives within the Workplaces Branch.
You will also manage delivery of specialist workplace advice and space planning processes for TfNSW, and the preparation of divisional plans which align with the strategic accommodation plan across the Transport cluster.

About you
You will be a resilient leader with proven experience keeping up to date on the latest industry innovative workplace initiatives, global workplace accommodation research, trends and best practice. Possessing executive presence, you will thrive at developing and maintaining strong working relationships to capture requirements and balance conflicting demands across business units. It is essential that you are results driven, coupled with the ability to anticipate and respond to unplanned changes in business structures and projects that may impede on effective delivery against the strategic workplaces plan.
