Senior Project Manager x 2 Motorways (Up to 7 Months Temporary Opportunity)

In this role, you'll:

Manage the delivery of complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of tolling and NSW Motorways technology. As the Senior Project Managers your day to day role will be to manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, financial tracking, and reporting in a dynamic and technically rich environment. 

You’ll build efficiencies and deliver outcomes that align with NSW Motorways strategic goals, while developing your expertise in enterprise risk management and project governance. 

Experience with Tolling systems and a strong understanding of Transport Procurement processes would be highly regarded along side proven delivery of large scale transformation projects with significant change and communications impacts.

You will provide high-level professional guidance for the delivery of projects. You will drive delivery processes and operations across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with requirements and work within NSW Motorways project management framework. 

You will ensure projects are delivered to best practice standards, are commercially sound and meet the needs of key stakeholders across NSW Motorways and TfNSW. Experience with ServiceNow ITBM and Enterprise Business Capability Model would be beneficial.

This is a temp / opportunity upto 7 months that is based in our Macquarie Park offices with in office attendance 3 to 4 days per week.

Your strong project management skills, leadership capability, and ability to build cohesive teams formed across large, complex organisations will see you deliver projects on time and within budget, overcome challenges in constrained urban environments, and bring best-practice processes to achieve strategic outcomes.

You’re recognised as a trusted leader, skilled at managing and developing people, experienced in delivering multiple concurrent projects, and adept at stakeholder engagement, contract management, and financial oversight.

You hold appropriate tertiary qualifications or can demonstrate relevant, equivalent professional experience within the tolling systems landscape that equips you to succeed in this role.

You will lead innovative approaches and deliver efficiencies in a dynamic, complex environment with competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
