In this role, you'll:


• Drive the modernization and evolution of ICT systems, ensuring stability, cost efficiency, and innovation.


• Design, develop, and optimize scalable software solutions leveraging OpenText Systems ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.


• Leverage DevOps, ITIL, and Agile best practices to enhance product development, deployment, and operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Service Owners, and Product Owners to implement scalable and future-ready technology solutions.


• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.


• Investigate and resolve service delivery challenges, identifying root causes and driving continuous improvement.


• Lead the transition of legacy platforms to cloud-enabled solutions, ensuring seamless integration and long-term sustainability.

About you


• Experience with OpenText technologies, including xECM, VIM, Content Server, Archive Server, Directory Services, Document Presentment, and Capture Centre.


• Working knowledge of OpenText Content Server functionalities such as Business workspaces, Workflows, Metadata, Classifications, and Smart UI is an advantage.


• Familiarity with OpenText development components including Web Reports, Live Reports, Workflows, and integration via REST APIs and Web Services is desirable.


• Experience with XML and XSL transformations and developing or configuring custom modules within content management systems, is highly valued.
